DAO Development with Custom Registration Plug-ins

I'm in the process of building a DAO on Aragon and need a developer to create some custom plug-ins for me. The plug-ins should facilitate a user-friendly self-registration process to the DAO voting group.

Key Features of the Plug-Ins:
- Self-Registration: Users should be able to register themselves into the DAO voting group.
- Voting Tokens: Upon successful verification, users should be issued a voting token.
- Unique Human Verification: ID verification service (e.g., Jumio, IDnow) will be used to ensure each user is a unique human individual.
- ERC-20 Tokens Check: The connected wallet must have a minimum of 1.00 LaborCoin (LABR) tokens.
- Wallet Registration Check: The system must ensure that the verified human individual doesn't have other wallets registered with the DAO.
- Income Verification: The system should automatically integrate with financial APIs to confirm personal income is not exceeding a certain threshold (e.g., $100,000 USD per year).

User Interface:
The registration process should be a step-by-step wizard that walks users through each step. Upon successful completion, their wallet will be added to the voting group, allowing them to make and vote on proposals.

Voting Process:
It's crucial that each person receives one token and can vote only once on each proposal.
