Customised Windows or Web application to work with Hikvision NVR

Key deliverables for the Windows or Web application
1) Has to be password protected;
2) Enable 'Live' viewing of cameras;
3) Able to playback video stored on NVR by Camera, Date and/or Time;
4) Able to perform camera screen snapshot from playback with date & time overlay on the snapshot
- Snapshot's filename to be in "Date_Time_Camera" format;
- Snapshot has to be saved in a password protected directory;
- User defined resolution for the snapshot;
5) Application to be locked after predefined timeout;
