Customer Service Ticket template generator
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
I have tickets that require me to cover topics and many subtopic details in a specific percentage based pattern. I need help deciding which way I need to answer with next.
I have multiple types of tickets that all require different ratios of subjects to be covered. I would like to be able to build ticket profiles and switch between them with a dropdown. I would also like to edit, save, and delete these settings.
20% of one sort of subject, 20% of another sort of subject, and 60% of a random pick to select one of many subjects (for instance 8 different kinds of subjects in a pool and one to five subjects is picked randomly out of that pool).
Additionally there are more things that need to be tracked. For instance: Two out of three ticket needs to be solved with 3 paragraphs instead of 1 paragraph.
Additionally there is another separate counter with a detail that needs to be covered once every other ticket. This tells me how many descriptions I need to include.
I would like these sorts of counters to be able to be customized with what the label each pattern is for and what kind of pattern does it need to follow. (once every other turn, once every third turn, once every forth turn, etc)
There are two main counters I'm looking for. One that tells me how many paragraphs I need to write. And the other is how many descriptors I need to write.
I would like an output that shows the current ticket solving template.
Lets discuss an example of what a ticket topic template may look like.
For instance right now I have a project that has a ticket ratio of 2:2:6. I need to solve two tickets with a given topic, two tickets after that with a given topic, and then 6 tickets that draws from a pool of topics. This is with an additional counter that is in a pattern of A,A,B,A,A,B and another counter that is A,B,A,B,A,B.
The first counter might have additional modifiers. For instance if I need to create 1 paragraph every A and 3 paragraphs every B.
There is a second counter. This covers what types of questions I ask the customer. These topics are predefined in a pool and the application draws 3-5 paragraph questions. I would also like to add/remote/edit what questions the paragraphs cover.
For instance the first 2 tickets must be about puppies, then 2 tickets must be about cats, finally a total of 6 tickets must be about one of 8 animals that were predefined.
The first 2 tickets I need to make a response be 1 paragraph. Every 3rd ticket I need to make a response be 3 paragraphs.
Every other ticket I need to make sure to make sure to ask the customer one question about the ticket subject (cat, puppy, random animal), then on the other ticket I need to remember to ask 3 or more questions.
An example output might look like this:
20% cats
20% dogs
60% one of the following: cow, butterfly, sheep, bear, horse, fish,
=topic bank=
[Each question descriptor will be randomly drawn following a pattern. The first turn it's 1-2 question descriptors the second turn it's 3-6 descriptors. I would like this to be customizable so that I can choose what pattern these descriptors appear on as well as how many descriptors that is randomly picked.]
*Cat paws, claws, fur, belly, ears
*Dog chew toy, nose, tail, leash, bark
*Animals: [Pick 1 randomly at an equal percent chance]
Horse neigh, carrot, hooves, horseshoes, mane, reins
Cow bell, horns, grass, udder, spots, chocolate milk, beef
Bear climb, berries, hibernate, claws, tail, honey
Fish: gills, fins, scales, spines,
Bee wings, probuscus, nectar, pollen, stripes, spots
Sheep wool
The first ticket is about cats and I need it to be 1 round and I need to ask the customer 1-2 question descriptor about cats
The second ticket is about cats and I need it to be 1 paragraph and I need to ask the customer 3-6 question descriptor about cats
The third ticket is about dogs and I need to be 3-6 paragraphs and I need to ask the customer 1-2 question descriptor about dogs
The forth ticket is about dogs and I need it to be 1 paragraph and I need to ask the customer 3-6 question descriptor about dogs
The fifth ticket is about an animal and I need it to be 1 paragraph and I need to ask the customer 1-2 descriptor properties about that animal [horse]
The sixth ticket is about an animal and I need it to be 3 paragraphs and I need to ask the customer 3-6 descriptor properties about that animal [cow].
The seventh ticket is about an animal and I need it to be 1 paragraph and I need to ask the customer 1-2 descriptor properties about animal [bear].
The eighth ticket is about an animal and I need it to be 1 paragraph and I need to ask the customer 3-6 descriptor properties about that animal[fish].
The nineth ticket is about an animal and I need it to be 3 paragraphs and I need to ask the customer 1-2 descriptor properties about that animal[butterfly].
The tenth ticket is about an animal and I need it to be 1 paragraph and I need to ask the customer 3 descriptor properties about that animal[sheep].
The 11th ticket is about an Cat and I need it to be 1 paragraph and I need to ask the customer 1 question properties about cats.
The 12th ticket is about an Cat and I need it to be 3 paragraph and I need to ask the customer 3 question properties about about cats.
The 13th ticket is about an Dog and I need it to be 1 paragraph and I need to ask the customer 1 question descriptor about about dogs.
The 14th ticket is about an Dog and I need it to be 1 paragraph and I need to ask the customer 3 question descriptor about about dogs
The 15th ticket is about cats and I need it to be 3 paragraph and I need to ask the customer 1 question descriptor about that animal[bear].
The 16h ticket is about cats and I need it to be 1 paragraphs and I need to ask the customer 3 question descriptor about that animal [butterfly]
The 17h ticket is about an animal and I need it to be 1 paragraph and I need to ask the customer 1 question descriptor about that animal[sheep].
The 18th ticket is about cats and I need it to be 3 paragraph and I need to ask the customer 3 question descriptor about that animal[horse].
The 19th ticket is about cats and I need it to be 1 paragraph and I need to ask the customer 3 question descriptor about that animal[fish].
The 20th ticket is about cats and I need it to be 1 paragraph and I need to ask the customer 1 question descriptor about that animal[bear].
The 21st ticket is about cats and I need it to be 3 paragraph and I need to ask the customer 1 question descriptor about that animal[cow].
So on and so forth.
