Custom Web Application & Database for Manufacturing business- Upcoming Project to start in July

Looking to get price and discussion about medium to large project kicking off in July.
Need a database with a coded front end that allows user logins and user restricted access to database
Database to record manufacturing customers, quotes and ongoing jobs
Need app functionality to make quotes/ estimates and be able to record that data in the database and output to pdf excel or word. Have quoting template to work off and historic database
