Custom POS Machine Development
Budget: $250 – $750 CAD
I'm in need of a custom POS machine that includes sales reporting.
1- this pos is being used for Paradiz hookah lounge.
2- there are one admin and one user platform.
a- admin has full access to edit, add, delete categories and items and prices.
b- user can take orders add and delete items for the customer to prepare for sending to the kitchen.
c- there is login panel with user and password credentials, including password reset features.
3- there are 15 tables and server takes orders by touching table buttons on the tablet.
a- there is option to enter customer name after picking a table, in order to split bill for individual orders.
4- there are 5 categories of food, hookah, cold drink and hot drink and snack,(editable by admin)
a- admin can edit, add up to 20 items to each categories.
5- user can take orders, edit orders or add items to the customer's name and table number, then sent it to cashier and kitchen display.
a-There are two touch screen monitors(tablet) in the kitchen, monitor 1 indicates hookah and monitor 2 indicates foods and drinks.
b-There is button on each monitors to indicate order is complete from pending.
6- there is an exit button at all the time that user and admin can go the table's screen,(home page)
7- I prefer a user friendly GUI that servers can order with no hassles,
8-there are cash, credit and debit card payments are available.
a- I will integrated with a payment company later.
b- I need a button that with one press customer receipt will be sent to their phone via text message or whatsapp
9- I need all financial record every night and backup option as well.
Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Proven experience in POS machine development.
- Strong understanding of sales reporting systems.
- Previous work with customer loyalty program integrations is a plus.
- Excellent software and hardware development skills.
