Custom GPT (openAI v.4o) in C#
Budget: $30 – $250 SGD
So I have an account with openAI, and want a C# console application that will allow me to upload content (text file) and ask questions based on that custom content.
It is very important that this is written in C# and in a console application as it is then embedded as part of a bigger project. To be clear also, no need for a chatbot, just plain standard web services, thats all.
And also NOT the "Assistants API", but really the usage of GPT-4o mini (API).
I can provide the token key thats part of my openAI account for development purposes as well, and anything else thats required.
