Custom Fields and Buttons in Quantower trade panel

I need a professional C# developer with experience using the Quantower API to enhance my Quantower trade panel.

Requirements:
- Add two fields: Risk(%) & Gap(pts)
- Add two buttons: BUY and SELL

Functionality:
- Clicking the "BUY" button executes a market buy with:
- SL = Lowest of the last four candles - Gap
- TP = chart panel TP points
- Lots = Risk(%) according to SL
- The "SELL" button does the same but with:
- SL = Highest of the last four candles + Gap
