Cross platform modules in flutter

Need cross platform modules codes in flutter for integration into a larger project which is being made in Flutter with server side application in .Net and MS SQL database:
1- Face recognition: One page app with two buttons. One button to enrol face template and save template in sqlite DB in phone and save a copy on server and another button to read face in front of the camera and match with template stored in phone and provide output as matched or not matched. Provision to change matching accuracy. App to detect and should not match if a photo of a person in placed in front of the camera (anti-spoofing). Provision to put time gap between two successive reads of the same face. this is to avoid multiple reading of a the same face. If multiple faces are detected in camera frame, app should match only the one which is closest to the camera
2- GPS modules - this will also be with same architecture as above. This is to be like Ola/Uber apps. Users app should show all driver cars closest to their location on map. When user selects any cab, the cab driver app to get notification with location. He can accept or reject. This message to go to the user. Once ride accepted, driver and user should be able to view each other on their maps. Driver app to have button to start and stop journey. total km travelled and path between start and stop to be displayed on user and driver app. and the same details to be sent in backend server.
