Cross-Platform .NET MAUI App Development

I'm seeking a .NET MAUI expert to assist in designing and developing a cross-platform desktop & mobile application, specifically for Windows and Android. The application will leverage .NET MAUI with XAML.

Key Features:
- User Authentication: The app will require a secure login system for users.
- Real-time Notifications: The app should be capable of sending and receiving real-time notifications.
- Data Synchronization: The application needs to consistently synchronize data with the .NET Core API.

Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Proficiency in .NET MAUI: Extensive experience in designing and developing applications using .NET MAUI with XAML is a must.
- Consuming .NET Core API: Proven track record of successfully integrating and consuming .NET Core APIs.
- Cross-platform Development: Prior experience in developing applications for both desktop and mobile platforms.
- UI/UX Design: Understanding of user-friendly interface design for both Windows and Android systems.

Must be able to coparate and work with ohter team members.
