Create web application using c#,.net, react and SQL, MySQL

I am looking for a skilled developer that can create a web application using C#,.NET, React, and SQL with MySQL. The primary purpose of the application will be for data management. I have a specific design in mind and need the developer to bring it to life. User interaction is anticipated to be high. The web application should be able to handle numerous database manipulations and data entry. Furthermore, I am looking for the application to be highly responsive and user friendly. The developer should be well versed in both software development and user interface design. Experience creating a similar application before would be a plus. The project should be completed in a timely manner and according to my design specifications.
