Create script/app to copy trades to Ninjatrader from live website

Budget to be negotiated. I need someone to create a simple app that copies trades that show up on a live webpage to ninjatrader. There will be some testing needed done to ensure that there is very little latency and accurate trade copies. The copies on the webpage appear automatically but need to automated to NT.

The webpage will need to auto refresh every few seconds to ensure trades on webpage are up to date.

Website has two webpages to copy from: 1. Open orders 2. Fills

Take info from those webpages to automate live trades.
