Create for me a Blazor C# page

This project is simply to have an OAuth connect protected page that is setup by blazor in c# which could be even a blank page but would get me to see where I would like to enter new data. The goal therefore is to show me that you have knowledge in blazor and can setup authentication with OAuth.com for users to access the site. Let's say there will be two pages, so each must be protected by OATH API and can be blank aside from users. The resulting app will be in 2019 VS in C# and published to our online hosting provider.
