Create an anonymous confessions discord bot

I want a discord bot that allows members to vent/write out things in their mind anonymously within the group

Features:
- Person able to write up their confessions to the bot
- Afterwards it anonymously gets sent out in the discord channel
- They are able to access links of emergency contacts
