Create a .NET windows service using Aldelo COM components.
This service will run/act as REST-API to provide following features:
1) create Aldelo order for payment processing (POST API call: receive order data for creation, return Aldelo order id with status)
2) get Aldelo order details (GET API call: get Aldelo order details by Aldelo order id)
