Create Restaurant Reservation System (Table Booking) Not a till
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
I am looking for a freelancer to create a standalone restaurant reservation system for my business. The system should have table layout visualization as an essential feature, allowing customers to book their desired table. I would also like a customer database incorporated into the system for easy management. SMS/email notifications should be implemented to notify customers of their reservation confirmation. The option for multiple languages is not a priority, but I am open to suggestions.
1- Booking with table selection - No additional features required
2- Floor Plan of the restaurant, this can be customizable
3- Customer details in database, important thing is name and number.
4- The preferred programming language for the application is C#. The ideal candidate should have experience in developing windows applications and using SQL databases. Knowledge of C# programming language is required.
Or
Have PHP, Laravel, Mysql knowledge if doing web application.
5- The process flow will be -> customer calls reception, the reception looksup the phone number if it already exists in system. The system will record name and contact details of the customers.
After which, the customer will tell the preferred date that they intend to have the booking made. So a calendar and time slot will be then booked for them. The receptionist can put the time in manually or have a default time predefined by the admin which can be editable during booking.
