Create Dev Express Reports

I am looking for someone that is an expert at creating Dev Express Reports with the Report master tool. I have existing software that is written with Dev Express C++. Some of the reports have already been created. These reports would just need to be modified to a more modern look. I would also like to talk about adding more reports if possible.
If I choose you to work with this is how it would work. I would send you a copy of the software, You would go to the admin>reports and create 1 report. You can export the database and send it to me to load on my software. I can review the report to see if it is what is needed. Please only reply if you have experience in this type of work. Give me an estimate to upgrade 1 existing report.
