Create Console Application to Extract Sales Orders from SAGE50

We need a console application to run on a windows server, that connects to Sage50 (Peachtree) and extracts Sales Orders created in a configurable date/time range. We need the data fetched from Sage50 to be saved into a JSON or XML file.
