Core MVC App Not Displaying Edit / Delete Pages

I am looking for a skilled developer who can help me with my Core MVC app. The app is written in C# and is using MVC 4 or above.
Specifically, I am having trouble with the Edit and Delete pages, as they are not displaying properly.
