Convert html to asp.net c# webform

I have simple html design , the contains about 10 page , need the following,
user registration,
user will have contraol panel to edit edit his information :
- CV
- Blog
- Expereince and education
- Work Samples
- Contact email
- Add socical account
- can upload CV
- can change default language
- can enable and disable above sections.
- can upload personal photo
- Can enable and disable his page

Each user will have public page with above infomation , with paramter of his account id (e.g. ?id=myacount)
