Convert C# VSOP2013.NET implementation to Swift Package
Budget: €50 – €120 EUR
Goal is to provide a solution for VSOP2013 that has the same features as VSOP2013.NET for C#.

You don't have to implement the DataConverter, so please use the Brotli converted binary files as is. You can use the existing package SwiftBrotli to decompress Brotli data.
Please provide your offer for converting the C# code to Swift, including the async/parallel optimizations present in VSOP2013.NET but optimized for Swift.
If you can provide a Utility Class that can convert the EMB coordinates to Earth coordinates, this will be a big bonus for your offer.
