Convert PowerPoint Add-In written in VBA to VSTO .net (C#) Add-In

I have a Powerpoint Add-In, which is written in VBA, that I want to convert to a VSTO Add-In (.net). The language should be C# or VB.net. The idea is for the add-in to have an exe file that will allow for the installation of the add-in on the desktop and to run it from the desktop.
