Convert C#.NET project to VB.NET in .NET Framework Core 6

Please also fix the two issues below, which do not work correctly in .NET Framework Core 6:
1. TabControl. Currently in designer mode, you cannot switch to another tab
2. StyleManager. When I try to build a “Custom” style, I am getting the error “Property valve is not valid”, with the additional information of: “Object reference not set to an instance of an object.”
