Convert .NET (C#) library to Javascript (React Native)

We have a Card Terminal integration library written in .NET (C#) that we need converted to Javascript so that we can use it in a React Native project.
The library consist of about 15-20 classes. Code should be well documented and structured. Upon delivery a very simple React Native app should be provided to demonstrate that the libary works.

We are looking for long term partners as we will have quite a lot of programming needs looking forward. So there is possibility for more future work if all goes well.
