My Windows-based jukebox application currently expects a double-click to activate every menu choice but the infrared touch screen installed in the cabinet struggles to register two quick taps. I need the code adjusted so a single touch (or mouse click) immediately triggers the same action that now requires a double click. Everything else in the program must remain unchanged—just swap the interaction logic and make sure no other behaviour breaks.
