Convert ERP to C#/SQL

My project is to convert an ERP program from VFP and dBase tables to a C# and SQL solution. The plan is to develop the program from the ground up with these programming languages. I'm not sure whether I need help with the database architecture, so I'm open to advice. I don't plan to add user authentication and authorization capabilities right now, but this is something that can potentially be added in the future. In the meantime, I'm looking for someone with experience in C# and SQL who can help me with this project.
