Conversion of code from C# to TypeScript

I'm looking for a freelancer to convert code from C# to TypeScript for personal use. The current code already written is 10 lines, so the freelancer needs to be able to take the existing code written in C# and ensure it's replicated correctly in TypeScript. Additionally, the freelancer should be able to guarantee they accurately converted the code in a way that produces desired results. Finally, the freelancer will need to test the code for any errors and provide detailed instructions on how to maintain this code in the future.
