Conversion: TradingView PineScript to Ninjatrader 8

Hi Developers,
I'm a Ninjatrader and TradingView trader. Both platforms are great but offer a different suite of products.
I'm requesting a quote to convert a "SolarWinds" PineScript indicator to Ninjatrader 8 indicator. Please code a "signal state" as part of the plot type: "+1" when the yellow marker crosses above the 0 line and a "-1" below the 0 line. All the other functionality of indicator must remain the same.
I copy/pasted the code in an attached Word doc for your review.
A screenshot or preferably a short video of the indicator in use on a Ninjatrader 8 chart must be sent to me as proof of concept before payment is sent.
