I'm looking to build an advanced API for a construction management dashboard in .NET. The primary purpose of this project is to manage users and oversee projects systemwide.
Key Requirements:
1. **User Management:** The main objective is to manage the user's information and their role in the ongoing projects.
2. **Project Management:** I need tools to track progress and margins of each project within the system.
Specific Features Needed:
