C# Console or Form apps - Basic Shipping Company System (not-professional)

I need to develop a non-professional C# app. This can be a console app, or a basic form that needs 3 modules (new service (will ask for details on shipping like weight and address) - verify shipment status - verify accounting). This is a non-professional work, so we don't expect full quality or smart things, it only needs to work with basic structure or coding stuff. Nothing fancy but functional.
