C# Console App for OpenAI File Upload & Delete (4o-mini ASSISTANT)

A very simple C# console application is requested. The app needs to handle the upload of plain text files to the OpenAI assistant API (4o-mini), assign these files to my assistantID, and delete them whenever necessary. There is no need for a GUI; the focus is on functionality. only with 2 functions (upload file+assign to AssistantID, and delete file)

Key Requirements:
- Uploading plain text files
- Deleting files when required
- Fetching file status (ie. list of files using the assistanID)
- OpenAI assistant API (4o-mini)
- Hardcoded assistantID
