Connect Crypto Coin to Crypto Wallet

Hi Freelancers, I have built my own cryptocurrency. It has its own blockchain on the DEFI network.
We are looking to launch our coin in the next 60 days with an ICO. I am looking for someone to connect the API from our current wallet holding 10mio coins to be automatically transferred from our wallet to a new customers wallet.
Workflow should be like this :
1 - Customer registers to our website
2 - New address is created to hold their coin upon purchasing
3 - New Customer purchases the currency during our ICO
4 - Coins are then transferred to their address
5 - Users can send our coin amongst other users
We are working towards being listed on a major exchange, which I am sure the requirements will change again.
We will do the web and app development, I just need someone to work in C++ language to make this happen.
