I'm seeking an experienced AI developer to create a sophisticated chatbot for us. This AI chatbot will be designed to check accounting and legal compliance data of multiple clients and respond to queries from their respective management and executives.

Key functionalities:
- The chatbot should maintain an audit trail for all queries and responses.
- It must have a robust user authentication and roles management system.
- The capability to detect data anomalies and generate reports is essential.

Technical Requirements:
- The company data will be stored in an MSSQL server. It is critical that this sensitive data remains confidential and is not accessible to the public.
- The chatbot should be compatible with our existing C# and AngularJS project.
- You are required to provide the complete source code.

The ideal candidate should have:
- Extensive experience in AI and chatbot development.
- Proficiency in C# and AngularJS.
- Ability to create secure systems for sensitive data.
- Experience working with MSSQL servers.
