Complete and Optimize Website with Two New Platforms

I am looking for a skilled developer to complete my partially developed website, which is built using C#. The website currently includes a platform where sellers can sell digital tourism guides. The tasks include:
- Completing the existing website.
- Optimizing current functionalities for better performance.
- Adding two new platforms: one for chefs to sell their restaurant menus and another similar to the OpenTable app but integrated into the website (not as a standalone app).
- Ensuring the design is modern, user-friendly, and visually appealing.
The project must be completed by the end of January next year.
