Complete API Sync between two web-based applications

I want you to create a complete sync between two web applications - Kickserv AND Wave.
Kickserv is a service company management web application, with scheduling and invoicing. Wave is a web-based accounting application.
I want to sync everything possible between the two web applications. It MIGHT be a two-way sync, or maybe just a one-way sync (this needs to be discussed to see what is the best decision).
The main things to sync would be (but not limited to):
-Customers
-Invoices
-Payments
You will need to create a free account (for testing) on www.kickserv.com. I can provide a free account template for you to use for testing for Wave.
