Cloud File Storage API implemented on WPF c#

need a wpf module , implemented on c# language
1.WEB API to interect with cloud storage(yet to be decided azure,aws or other) for uploading files and managing
2. WPF frontend on c# and xaml which allow user to select file and to view/manage cloud file from cloud storage
3.web api will also be implemented on asp.net api c#
4.WPF app will interect with web api
