Client/Server Lisinter

I need a .NET developer to create a Stand Alone Server (Listener) that will run under its own account and start-up automatically when the server starts. This server will host five or so methods (already developed and hosted in a DLL). A client application will then be able to call the server over a local network, call any of the methods, passing parameters and getting returning values. Also, need to create an installer for the Server application.

I also need sample code for the client (will be a DLL) to call a Server's method and get return values.
