Change existing code from powershel to c# (exe)

I'm looking for a developer that can assist me with a conversion from PowerShell to C# (exe). The new code will be in the form of a console application, and require access to a database as well. I will not need a UI for the application. The developer should have a good understanding of PowerShell and C# (exe), as well as experience with ms sql database interaction. The developer should also ensure that all core functions of the original PowerShell codebase are replicated in the new C# (exe) version.
