PRODUCT CONFORMITY CERTIFICATE APPLICATION AND ISSUANCE Of private company authorized by government
Process / work flow
1. Client system registration
2. Admin verification and approval
3. Client application for product conformity certification - create application reference number.
4. Client upload documents - declaration letter, test report , other reports, product specs
5. SMS/EMAIL NOTIFICATION FROM CLIENT TO ADMIN. Admin approval from director quality control
6. If ok, forward to first level approval - designated engineer - if not ok, send sms notification to client - process on hold - client will resend document , back to step 4
7. If ok , sms/email notify client and ask client to upload proof of payment
8. Verify proof of payment, if not ok, sms/email notify client else proceed to next step.
9. Generate and Issue certificAte of conformity ( with barcode, QR CODE, electronic signature, company letter head
10. Deliver certificate by mail ( hard copy ) and electronic certificate
11. End process
