Bulk Update Windows explorer creation and last mod date based on PDF attributes - C#

Winodws doesnt seem to properly look at the created and modified meta data from PDFs. I would like to get a small c# exe that will read the pdf and properly update windows to show the creation and last mod dates as can be seen in the PDF properties window.
