Bulk Messaging WhatsApp Window Application
Budget: ₹1,500 – ₹12,500 INR
I'm looking for a .Net developer to create a Windows application for WhatsApp marketing. The key features of the application should include:
- **Bulk Messaging**: The application should allow me to send the same message to multiple recipients at once.
- **Contact Management**: I need to be able to add contacts manually and also import contacts from an Excel file.
Please note that I do not want to rely on any third-party API or Facebook Cloud API for this project.
Ideal skills for the job would include:
- Extensive experience with .Net and Windows application development
- Prior experience with creating messaging applications
- Good understanding of contact management systems
