Build a windows application for information showing
Budget: €250 – €750 EUR
Purpose of the app is for hospital.
We are rehab hospital and we need windows application to work with RFID cards and readers.
We would like to enter patient info - Name, Room, Doctor, and procedures (which should be 5 different to be usable from buttons or dropdown menu and to be able to choose amount for every single procedure).
We need another form for department taking care of them - EXAMPLE: In physiotherapy to be able to see who is the patient, and what are the procedures patient have, as well as marking the procedure as completed for the day.
We need 3rd form as a Kiosk desk - when patient scan his card at checkpoints to see his full info with procedures.
