Build a simple approval website for internal use.
Budget: $750 – $1,500 USD
Hi there, I need to create a website by using dotnet (prefer MVC ,EF in C# dotnet core ,mysql or postgres, NO SqlServer), JavaScript(prefer bootstrap and jquery).
This website is for internal usage and has 3 main modules:
1: Multi user login. Normal User, Admin user.
2: A web form with approval workflow . Status are: Submitted, Rejected,Approved.
3: A search page of the form based on creating date, category, creator,etc.
Important functions:
1: The webform allows the user to submit a form with many fields with values. Eg: drop down , check boxes and comments. Also can upload the pictures.
2: Once the webform is approved by the admin user. The pdf file of the form (in Approved status) needs to be generated automatically and can be downloaded from the search page or detail page .
3: All pictures uploaded and PDF generated must be saved on AWS S3. Database saves the link to S3 link.
4: Send email notification emails to form creator and reviewer via SMTP when status changes.
Delivery:
1: Website source code should be buildable and included in the delivery.
2: Website file deploy must have a DOCKER file deploy using nginx with https. Deploy database in docker not needed.
What I will provide
1: Design of each page including the web elements that are required. However web page layout / theme or control outlook is flexible.
2: A meeting with the developer to explain the functions needed in the design.
3: S3 account for testing. SMTP account and test email addresses.
