Build a online exam website in C#.Net

I need an online examination website with 2 modules/roles/sub-websites. 

Admin module
--Add Question (id, title, description, skill, totalMarks, duration, difficultyLevel) - Edit, View, List, delete
----Only multiple choice questions with more than one answer can be correct

--Description and answer-options should be long text
--Add New Exam (id, title, description) - View, List, Delete, Edit( Add Section, Add question to section)
--Add New Invite to a test (id, testId, email, validTill) - View, List, Delete
--Show all attempts for a test and the ability to mark the attempt by the candidate as Pass, Fail, Hold

Candidate Module - This is more important and must be bug-free
--Register with email
--If there are any test-invites for this emailId, show them on the landing page
--Let the candidate Attempt a test Once started test has to be completed in one login session
--Do not show correct answers/reports to the candidate
--They can go back and forward to review answers before submitting
--Save answer

Technical details
--Database must be SQL Server or MySQL (You can use SQL Express for development purposes) 
----Database schema should be normalized as much as possible
----All database object creation and master data sql script must be provided

--The backend layer must be in C# .Net (.Net Core 6 Framework)
----I expected proper object-oriented programming with decent use of design patterns and standard coding practices.

--UI layer - I am open to React, Angular or Blazor
----Do not want to use too many images, keep the website as lite as possible

--I have azure devOps git repo, so code must be checked in using pull requests in git repo.
