Build a mini project on asp .net c# voting platform

Looking forward to build an online voting platform where admin user should have ability to items to
vote and add user who can vote.
Super Admin will create admin users. Admin will create users and create voting agenda for users to
vote. Admin will add details of items for voting. Admin will set start date and time and end date and
time for voting. Each user will have a voting share. After the voting periods ends based on users
voting and their share in voting. Voting results will be generated.
