Build a desktop/web app

Hello. I need a simple application to track my production at various stages. i want to track wastages, input and out puts at each stage. Also need to track batch and sub batch wise production input output and wastage. same data i want to analyse product wise production wastage, input output. And then Basic Inventory module with batch details
