Build UWP for Credential Provider Winlogon with smart card and PIN (C#)

The software must run in the background. The login dialog must be extended to include the option of logging in with a smart card and PIN. The user must be able to specify in the software what should happen when the smart card is removed from the reader: Nothing, Logout, Lock. The user must be able to change his password with the software. Logon information (certificate) must be stored on the smart card so that logon can be performed locally or in a domain.
