Build a C# Simple Management Application

A Console based application in C# to manage multiple patients in multiple hospitals and beds.
- I needs to register, update, eliminate and check for patients in the system.
- Register entries and exits of the patients and transfer between different hospital or beds.
- Waiting Queue (if there aren't any beds available). The application needs to automatically assign patients to their correct departments beds. The doctor defines where the patient goes to what department for example surgery, respiratory problems etc.
- Application needs to provide a record of how many beds are available on the departments
- Assign to every patient who can visit them example: parents, brother etc.
- Application generates a report of the patients transfers
- Application generates report of how many beds are available on the country for example "North 340, Center 200, South 120"
- Application generates a report of how many visits there whore on every department and on every hospital and the average visiting time per unit
- Multiple logins Doctor, nurse, front desk and patient.
