Build an Internet Explorer 11 Extension Add-on that changes UI and text of a web url display content

I'm looking for an experienced Freelancer to help me develop an Internet Explorer 11 Extension Add-on to modify the UI and text of a specific web URL's display content. The primary purpose of this add-on is to change the content display and text. Specifically, I need the text content modified according to my specifications. It should be noted that the add-on only needs to apply to a single website, and will not apply to all websites or a range of websites. This project requires a skilled individual, who have developed Internet Explorer Add-ons, experienced in C#, VB.NET, C++, and is available to collaborate on fast development, within 2-3 days.
