Build an IOT mining application used for demos

We currently have an application built by a previous set of developers that are used in demos to clients. We would like to update the UI and add a few more small features. The current application was built on xamarin with Telerik, the new version needs to be built preferably on .net with either Angular or React. All data for the app is on static db2 databases, we do have an Azure SQL Server that would be the preferred data source.
