Build a DotNet Core 3 Tier Web Platform

This project is to work on an in-progress .Net Core portal solution. The solution is a 3 Tier solution in the sense that is a .Net Core Web Solution that integrates with a .Net Core API. The API solution integrates with an internal SOAP API for its core functionality. The WEB portal also integrates with a CMS web solution (Piranha CMS) for graphical content management. The solution is separately stored on GitHub repositories for source control. I want a developer that can assist in the completion of the solution due to some time constraints.

The project is about 70% Complete, Further details of the project will be shared with the developer when appointed.
